TianNing Temple Entrance
At TianNing Temple : After arriving into a Hutong Street it is just a short distance to the South Gate of Tian Ning Temple. This street is rather inconspicuous, larger, but thoroughly Beijingese and Hutong. If in need of a quick snack or when thirsty, drop in easily to one of the small and cheap local stores. Or even better - get a street made sweet potato or some other genuinely hutong snack. There is not much else around to see. Getting a haircut in front of the South Gate seems a bit odd when you are about to visit the Temple, but is possible.
