Due to the enormous size of Tibet and the Tibetan Plataeau this first Map of the area necessarily gives a very general overview of the entire Earth Sector. Marked in Red are the Capital City of Lhasa and other main cities such as Gyantse, NingPo, Shigatse, New Lhatse, etc. Other area's of interest are : - The famous TsangPo River Gorge with it's raging torrent of melting waters (see Satellite Image ), and - the Nepal-Tibetan Border area with Mount Everest ( Bue Dot) and the route South-West to Kathmandu, Capital of Nepal .
